Na bevestiging van de reservatie door ons via mail dient de waarborg van € 200 + 25% van de huurprijs overgeschreven te worden binnen de 5 dagen

Na ontvangst hiervan wordt de reservatie defintief bevestigd door ons per mail.
Het resterend bedrag van de huurprijs dien je over te schrijven ten laatste 30 dagen voor aanvang van je verblijf.
Indien de huur aanvangt voor deze 30 dagen dient de volledige som + waarborg overgeschreven te worden.

After confirmation of the reservation by e-mail, the deposit of € 200 + 25% of the rent must be transferred within 5 days.

After receipt of this, the reservation is final and confirmed by us.
The remaining amount of the rent needs to be on our account at the latest 30 days before the start of your stay.
If the rental starts before these 30 days, the full amount + deposit needs to be transferred.

Question 5

Bij annulering tot 30 dagen voor de aankomstdatum wordt de helft van de waarborg van € 200 in rekening gebracht. (administratiekost)
Bij annulering tot 20 dagen voor aankomstdatum, wordt 40% van het volledige bedrag van de huurprijs in rekening gebracht, de waarborg wordt terug overgeschreven.
Bij annulering tot 7 dagen voor aankomstdatum, wordt 100% van het volledige bedrag van de huurprijs in rekening gebracht, de waarborg wordt terug overgeschreven.

‘s Morgens kan je, mits reservatie, bij ons aanschuiven voor een uitgebreid ontbijt. (€ 18 p.p.)

Question 7

‘s Avonds kan je aanschuiven voor het avondmaal ‘Haspengouw op je bord’ met lokale producten van het seizoen en met Limburgse wijnen en bubbels.
We werken op basis van één menu per avond.
3-gangen menu vanaf € 40/p.
Het is ook mogelijk om het menu af te halen.
Je kan dit menu aanvragen bij de reservatie van je vakantiehuis of ten laatste 1 dag ervoor.
Gelieve allergieën en intoleranties bij reservatie door te geven.
Wijzigingen in het menu + € 8/p

In the evening you can sit down for the 'Haspengouw on your plate' dinner with local seasonal products and with Limburg wines and bubbles.
We work on the basis of one menu per evening.
3-course menu from € 40/p.
It is also possible to order this menu for pick up.
You can request this menu when booking your holiday home or at the latest 1 day before.
Notify us of allergies and intolerances at time of booking.
